“Cozy Care Giver Instruments” are manufacturers & Exporters of medical instruments, The Company was registered by Mr. imran M.khalil in 1998, who carried forwarded the family tradition with a long history of manufacturing & experience in the field of manufacturing instruments. It is our family Business which was started by our grandfather Mr.Muhammad Munir (Late) as a local manufacturer of instruments in 1975; He earned a good reputation at domestic level by his craftsmanship & quality of instruments. Later he moved to international market along with his two sons, and then “Cozy Care Giver Instruments” was established. They started export their high quality instruments into international market & got good response as they received by domestic market.

B: Company’s Agreement
We believe in the highest moral values and business ethics. Once a contract is signed with any customer, we strongly aim at following it in its true spirit regarding quality of instruments, warranty of instruments, return & claim method of instruments, packing method, delivery time, or any other specific needs of the importer as mentioned in agreement.
3: Prices
Our prices are valid for one year; next year onward prices might be change due to the changes into the prices of stainless steel, craftsmanship at the end of year. So prices would be revised according to above mentioned reasons.
4: Minimum order
We require a minimum order of USD500 to arrange process a delivery.
5: Payment Terms
We must require 70% payment in advance of the real value of total order, rest payment would be paid before delivery, during production time of whole order, customer is open to check & examine his packed OR delivered items.
6: Delivery Schedule
What delivery time is fixed will be implemented. Normally Delivery Time is 25 to 30 days rather it depends on the size of the orders then time can be reduced or increased with negotiating terms prior to the order confirmation.
7: Packing
All instruments would be packed in Polly bags, All types of Blister packing facility are available. Packing can be changed according to customer requirements.
8: Samples
We have set quota of samples to dispatch and we don’t send free of cost samples to all companies, however, of regular customers they can ask for any item as free of cost sample prior to proceed with order.
If any buyer has a courier account number, we can use this to send samples.
9: Shipping & Other Charges
Shipping & Insurance charges might be added into invoice depending on the nature of delivery, or affected by the way as mentioned in agreement.

WORK INSTRUCTIONS FOR TWEEZERS
Before send the lot, be ensure that
• The chromium percentage is must be 12 or more than 12 in steel being used and polish quality is also satisfactory and must be according to the sample and following Points, which are given below:
• Make ensure that lot is not wrong.
• Lot should not consist on wrong sequence, size or look.
• Make ensure that there is no any rust or spot in serration.
• The teeth must be correct.
• Make ensure that lot does not have crack or broken pieces.
• Check that lot does not have burrs on it.
• Make sure that lot is clean from any type of scratch and dark spot.
• Points must be fit on his places while closing; in addition the size should be equal.
• Points should be straight.
• No one side contain on yellow color from in or out side.
• Be sure joint is clean from any dust or hairs.
WORK INSTRUCTIONS FOR FORCEPS
Before send the lot, be ensure that

• Internal side of Box Joint must be sand blast.
• Make ensure that lot is not wrong.
• Lot should not consist on wrong sequence, size or look.
• Make ensure that there is no any rust or spot in serration.
• The teeth must be correct.
• Handle and Tip should not be curved and sequence must be correct.
• Joint Box should not be break.
• Make sure that joint box is not tight and its works reliable and back teeth should not
Slip.
• Device surface should be reliable.
• Make sure there are not any scratches.
• Points must be fit on his places while closing; in addition the size should be equal.
• No one side contain on yellow color from in or out side.
• Be sure joint is clean from any dust or hairs.
WORK INSTRUCTOINS FOR SCISSORS
• Before send the lot, be ensure that

• Do not loose or hard in use.
• Cutting must be smooth.
• Edges of blade must be sharp.
• Points must be fit on his places while closing, in addition the size should be equal.
• Check that lot does not have burrs on it.
• Be sure joint is clean from any dust or oil, in addition No one side contain on yellow color.
• Make ensure that lot does not have crack or broken pieces.
• Make sure that lot is clean from any type of scratch and dark spot.
• Be sure joint is clean from any dust or thread.
WORK INSTRUCTIONS FOR SETTING
• Before starting the work, check the lot number on process traveler card.
• Make a required hole in the center of joint box with the help of drill machine.
• Fix the pin of steel wire in joint box with the help of hammer.
• Keep forceps on iron and punch it with hammer in such a way that wire pin grip his
place strongly and movement of device should be smooth and reliable.
• Do the necessary adjustment of shank and tip of device so that the looking and performance would be satisfactory.
• Check that shank of device is equal and well and retched are equal.
• Check the cutter of screw joint if it is not as per required than milling it for rectify the cutter with the help of drill.
• Do oiling after the fix of both parts with screw.
• Keep derive on iron and punch it with hammer in such a way that wire pin grip his place strongly and movement of device should be smooth and reliable.
• Do the necessary adjustment of shank and blade of device so that the performance would be as per required.
• Keep the device in a well tray respectively.
• Start another lot after finished the first lot.
• Make an entry on traveler card after completion the work
WORK INSTRUCTION FOR GRINDING
• Keep the instruments in trays or Boxes along with the Process traveler Card.
• Internal and External side of Blade Grind with the help of Stone grinding Plate.
• Send the Scissors for Screw fitting Process.
• After the Fitting, the external side of instrument & internal side of Rings Grind on the Emery Belt.
• Joint between forceps grind on Emery Belt.
• Send the Instruments for revert fixing to the fitter.
• After the Electro Polish, send the instruments with the Process Traveler card.
• After the electro Polish, grind the instruments on Leather grinding plate with the Luster.
• Internal part of blade Grind with white luster on wooden grinding plate along with emery.
• Internal and external sides of instruments polish with pink luster on cotton buff.
• Sharp the edges of blade with the help of Stone grinding plate.
• Only for Satin finish (without polish) instruments do satin with dull brush.
• Make an entry on Process traveler card and send for next process.
WORK INSTRUCTION FOR POLISH
• Keep the instruments in trays or Boxes along with the Process traveler Card.
• Internal and External side of Blade Grind with the help of Stone grinding Plate.
• Grind the internal side/surface on emery belt.
• Send the Scissors for Screw fitting Process.
• After the Fitting, the external side of instrument & internal side of Rings Grind on the Emery Belt.
• Grind the Joint between forceps on Emery Belt.
• Send the Instruments for revert fixing to the fitter.
• After the Electro Polish, send the instruments with the Process Traveler card.
• After the electro Polish, grind the instruments on Leather grinding plate with the Luster.
• Internal part of blade Grind with white luster on wooden grinding plate along with emery.
• Internal and external sides of instruments polish with pink luster on cotton buff.

WORK INSTRUCTION FOR PASSIVATION
• Mix the chemical and water in a clean bowl.
• Water 75%, Sodium 5%, Nitric Acid 20%
• Check the quantity of mixture.(Water 75%,Sodium 5%, Nitric Acid 20% Give slow heat to mixture but don’t give heat more than 50cg ever.
• Dip the instruments in ready mixture for approximately 30 minutes after that put out the instruments and drop into a clean water bowl and shake the instruments continuously so that the instruments clean from chemical completely.
• Then put out the instruments from water and dry it.
• Make an entry on process traveler card after compilation the work.
• Advantages
• After the passivation, the instruments will be safe for always from rust.
• Due to the passivation we come to know about the material of instrument that is good or bad.
• Due to this process we also come to know about the broken instrument and hole
WORK INSTRUCTIONS FOR REJECTED INSTRUMENTS
• Non-Quality, crack or broken instruments on any stage or any useless instruments due to the mistake of maker are kept in this tray.
• Quality Supervisor or Manager check the rejected instruments and give these instruments for scrap.
• At the end of the every day, the rejected instruments are kept in rejected boxes.
• Scrap and Rejected instruments are moved two times in a month from the right place.
• Negligence and Relaxation is not acceptable in our production.
• A rejected tray is kept on different stages of production.
PROCESS INSTRUCTIONS FOR REWORK OF INSTRUMENTS
• 1.Keep the Instruments in the tray with process traveler card.
• Instruments should keep in a specific tray or box that can show that these instruments are for rework and take them separately.
• Write down about all complete work on process traveler card.
• After the rework on instruments, Analyze that there is not any kind of changing as compare to sample.
• Reworked instruments will be check by Quality Manager or Supervisor where is necessary.
• If reworked instruments are passing then mix these instruments in those instruments who are already pass and these instruments will be keep in tray or boxes with process traveler card.
• If reworked instruments are fail then make the rejection of these instruments and write down on process traveler card.
WORK INSTRUCTIONS FOR BOIL TEST
Boil test is conducted on surgical instruments to check the presence of corrosion in instruments resulting due to some manufacturing process faults, OR due to some materials composition faults disturbs the layer of passivation which is applied over the surface of instruments.
We use top quality imported chemical to passivate instruments before packing in order to eliminate instruments individually from corrosion & Rust.
Normally this task is conducted on instruments at the end of manufacturing processes using the following procedure given bellow as under.
• Wash instruments very carefully in the mixture of Triclone chemical and soap namely Distal Water.
• Wash the baker with distal water.
• Full the baker with distal Water and put it on the steam for boiling.
• Put the instruments into the Boiling Water.
• Stay dips the instruments in the boiling water for 30 minutes.
• Bring the instruments out of water and keep them on a clean Tissue.
• Wait for 24 hours and then check the instruments that there is no any sign of rust.
• Make the entry on process traveler card.
WORK INSTRUCTIONS FOR ULTRASONIC CLEANING
• Before Starting the work, check lot number on Tray Card.
• Be care full about the safety measures and check the supply.
• Check the level of Triclon Chemical in tank and also check that it is clean according to the Requirement.
• Check that there is no any device in tank of previous Lot.
• Start the Machine and warm up the chemical as per the required temperature.
• Keep the Devices in basket or hanger in a proper way.
• Press Ultrasonic button and check that chemical is warm up as per the required temperature.
• If Ultrasonic spray works properly then continue the process otherwise have some wait.
• Hold the basket on boiling side for one to two minute in such way that basket remains itself up to and the level of chemical.
• Bring the basket towards the Ultrasonic and dip it into the chemical.
• Press the Ultrasonic button and remain the basket in chemical for one to two minutes.
• Hold the basket on Ultrasonic side for 30 seconds.
• Put out the basket slowly and keep the Device in the tray respectively.
• Start another Lot after Finished the First Lot.
• Make an entry in Traveler Card after complete the Work.
WORK INSTRUCTIONS FOR MARKING
• Receive the instruments with Process traveler card in Trays or Boxes.
• Use hammer for engraving steel stamp.
• Etched the instruments electrically on electric machine.
• Small cut piece of Flab-lain dip into the chemical number (Electrolyte BE 1) and fix on Stamping stand.
• Check the required stamp for device and fix it on stand.
• Press the device on stamps in such a way that step place on right place correctly.
• Clean the stamp on device with chemical number 2.
• Keep the instrument in tray sequence wise.
• After the completion of work, Quality Assurance supervisor sign and mention date on Process traveler card.
WORK INSTRUCTIONS FOR STORE
1. Receive the lot according to the process traveler card.
2. Make a entry on stock card of lot and keep it on related rack or place.
3. Retrieve the lot as per production order and send it to related section.
4. Make a process traveler card of related lot and mention the details on stock card.
WORK INSTRUCTIONS FOR CHECKING
• Keep the instruments in trays with process Traveler.
• Compare the instrument with, aster sample or Drawing that it is according to the Pattern.
• Check the polish and finish conditions of all instruments.
• Check the blades, rings and joint box that there is no any spot, burr, crack or broken Piece.
• Check the 100% cutting instruments through cutting a cloth piece and check that the Cutting is sharp and perfect. Be sure the blades are equal and sharp and cutting smoothly.
• Check that the serrations of forceps are perfect and joint box is working properly.
• Ensure that needle holder can caught suture thread from its center and corners.
• The elastic of Dressing, Adson and Iris Forceps are satisfactory, while punch these Instruments, the serration teeth fit on his places and size is also must be same.
• Check that the Etching on instruments is perfect and don’t send any instrument for Packing without etching.
• Rework able instruments must be identified with red ink.
• Rejected instruments kept in rejected box or trays.
• Make an entry on traveler card after complete the work.
Shipping Policy
All big shipments would be shipped to destination port on FOB Pakistan or to collect basis prices by air or sea according to customer requirements. In case of shipment based on FOB, the freight charges would be adjusted in the invoice separately & added into total invoice value.
Small shipment would be sent to customer through couriers such as DHL, FedEx, and EMS etc or any other courier as per customer’s demand.
Claims & Return Policy
1. Check instruments immediately upon receipt. Company would not be responsible after 25 days of receipt. You can file claim within 25 days of your defected instruments. …
2. Payment of defected instruments would never be returned, if defected instrument be found, the instrument will be replaced with same instrument or with any instrument of equal value or that you chose. …
3. Discounted, Used, customized, damaged instruments shall not be returned.

Sterilization in Autoclave:
1. After having carefully washed dried and oiled instruments place instruments that can be opened in the open position; put these instruments in sterilization packets and place in appropriate trays.
2. Be careful not to over load autoclave. When an autoclave is too full it’s possible that proper sterilization has not taken place.
3. After the sterilization cycle has taken place, follow manufacture’s suggestions for drying cycle.
Cold Sterilization:
When using a solution for sterilizing instruments careful attention must made that the solution kills specific bacteria and virus, many solutions have no effect on bacteria or virus when in the presence of blood; also many solution are very corrosive on the instruments, most solutions recommend a soak time of 10 hrs. Because of the long soak time the chemical action can damage the instrument. Reduce when possible soak time; where indicated use a corrosion inhibitor.
